2. Emergency Services

We provide emergency home repair services including plumbing, heating and boilers, electrical breakdowns, roof leaks and storm damage, damp and water damage, insurance repairs and general property emergencies.

Gas work will be carried out by appropriately qualified Gas Safe registered engineers.

3. Quotes And Pricing

Where possible, we will explain likely charges before work begins. Emergency attendance, investigation, temporary make-safe work and repair work may be charged separately depending on the issue.

Written quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote. If no period is stated, the quote may be reviewed before work is booked.

4. Access And Safety

You must provide safe access to the property and tell us about any known risks, hazards, vulnerable occupants or urgent safety concerns.

5. Payment

Payment terms will be shown on the invoice or agreed before work begins. Emergency call-out or make-safe work may be payable on attendance or completion.
